We met up with James "JJ" Evans at Anime Mid-Atlantic in 2008, confessing his status as a big fan, and regaling us with renditions of members of the Draconia Chronicles "Legacy" cast.  

On this go-round, JJ did a fun, almost tropical-flavored rendition of Chiara.  She's Princess Lumina's unofficial caretaker, but don't let the warm smile fool you, as she's also a member of Queen Oscura's court, and a fierce warrior when she needs to be.  That doesn't mean, however, that she can't take some time off and relax at the beach every once in a while.
